Bilfen Antalya High Schools Through to Biology Finals of Science Fest 2023

Sıla Akıncı, 11th grade student from Private Bilfen Antalya Anatolian High School, has won a place in the final of Antalya Science Centre’s second annual Antalya Science Festival. Her project entitled “The Production of Electricity and Biological Fertiliser from the Waste Products of Large and Small Cattle and Plants Using Anaerobic Fermentation (Biogas)” has gone through to the final of the "biology" section under “environment and energy technologies”. The project will be displayed at the final between 19 and 22 October 2023.

 

The competition, which was open to both individuals and groups, asked participants to come up with technological solutions in the field of environment and energy. It aimed to improve existing technologies and encourage innovative ideas in the field.
