Starting its education services in 1972 in the Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School in Ortaköy, the institution has been maintaining its educational activities since 1988 under the trade name of "Bilfen".
Currently becoming an education chain with its schools in Istanbul, Ankara, Kayseri, Iskenderun, Antalya, Izmir, Bursa and Gaziantep which has recently been put into service, Bilfen keeps making efforts to offer its deep rooted education history and education quality to more students.

The production activities which were started in the Central Factory in Dudullu, Istanbul, has currently reached to 160.000 porsion of food per day in the production facilities in Kırac in the European side of Istanbul, Gebze Sekerpınar, Ankara Ostim, Izmir Kemalpasa and Tarsus and the production kitchens in various cities.

Started to meet one of the most essential raw material needs of our catering firm within the structure of the Group, livestock raising is performed at the farms in Manyas, Balıkesir. The bovine animals which are raised in the most productive and quality manner are delivered to the kitchens for use in production after being processed in the Integrated Meat Plants of the Group in Bandırma in compliance with the standards stipulated by the T. R. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.Our firm has recently started to grow crops as well with natural methods and begun to process the agricultural areas in Manyas, Balıkesir and taken the first steps of the production of fruits and vegetables from fields to tables.
