SOCIAL STUDIES
At Bilfen Schools, the objective of the Social Studies course is to develop students as individuals who:
- Embrace Ataturk's principles and reforms,
- Are knowledgeable about the Turkish history and Turkish culture,
- Are equipped with democratic and universal values and respectful towards human rights,
- Are able to interpret information,
- Realize social and cultural connections,
- Think critically and make correct decisions,
- Protect their environment, know the national and world geography comprehensively and have developed environmental awareness,
- Are sensitive to the cultural and historical heritage,
- Take active roles in social responsibility projects and have the intellectual accumulation to design these projects.
