Pushing the Boundaries in Our Achievements in Philosophy

Two 11th grade students from Bilfen Antalya Science High School have been shortlisted for the prestigious John Locke Institute Global Essay Competition 2023. Chosen from over 19,000 candidates, Beray Umur ÜNLÜ answered a question in the History category- “Which has a bigger effect on history: the plans of the powerful or their mistakes?”. Kerem Arda BAYAR chose a question from the politics category- “Do the results of elections express the will of the people?”. The students have been invited to Oxford for the awards ceremony in September.
