Private Bilfen High Schools Parent Seminar

On Thursday, December 22, Bilfen High Schools Counseling Service held an online seminar titled "Commitment and Addiction in Digital Transformation" for our parents. In the seminar given by psychologist Dr. Selin Erel, our expert first talked about the importance of establishing good communication and trust with adolescents. Our expert explained how to recognize the technology addiction increased by digital transformation before it reaches the level of addiction and how to approach adolescents, how to determine their limits, how to develop their skills to cope with stress.
