Bilfen Antalya High Schools in Soilless Agriculture Training

Private Bilfen Antalya High School Science and Anatolian High School 9th grade students participated in the "Applied Soilless Vertical Agriculture, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training" organized by the Biology department and led by ATSO.

Soilless agriculture practices in the world have emerged with the idea that agricultural lands cannot meet the food needs of the rapidly growing population. Soilless agriculture practices, which have significant advantages over agriculture with traditional methods, are increasing in our country as in the whole world. This method allows us to meet the nutritional needs of the growing population from rural areas to cities without the need for agricultural land. In this context, within the scope of the "Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Support Program" carried out by the Western Mediterranean Development Agency under the leadership of ATSO, a seminar and laboratory visit was held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 with our 9th grade Science and Anatolian High School students in line with the following program.
