BILFEN STUDENTS AT ISTANBUL MODERN

A trip was organized to Istanbul Modern to help our students explore the connection between art and engineering. The Bilfen students observed how artistic touches inspire engineering projects and how art transforms through technology by examining works where technology and aesthetics  merge.This experience contributed to the development of their creative thinking skills and helped them gain an interdisciplinary perspective. The trip was a valuable step in inspiring our students for their future innovation projects. While experiencing how natural objects are transformed into paper in the Eco Art Lab workshop, students compared examples from the history of art, engineering, and technology in the Studio STEM, where they explored creative engineering ideas and inventor-artists. During our trip on November 19th, 21st, and 27th, the students concluded that human daily life is the sum of various disciplines.
