IZMIR BILFEN HIGH SCHOOLS PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Parents,
Our school will hold the regular general assembly meeting of the School-Parent Association for the 2025-2026 academic year on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. in the conference hall, with the following agenda items. 
A quorum of 64 parents is required for the meeting to take place. If a quorum is not reached, the next meeting will be held 15 days later, on October 23, 2025, at the same place and time, with the same agenda and without requiring a quorum.
I kindly request that all parents be present in the conference hall at 3:30 p.m.
