PRIVATE BİLFEN HIGH SCHOOLS-SCHOOL FAMILY ASSOCIATION GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

Dear Parents,

The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our School-Parent Association for the 2025–2026 Academic Year will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. in the conference hall, according to the agenda below.

The quorum requires the participation of 64 parents. If the quorum is not met, the second meeting will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the same place and time, with the same agenda, regardless of the number of attendees.

- Strategic Development Higher Committee: Parent Association President

- Strategic Planning Team: 2 parents - Library Resources Identification and Inventory Committee: 1 parent

- Transportation Provider Selection Committee: Parent Association President

- Guidance Services Steering Committee: 1 parent

- Canteen and Cafeteria Supervision Committee: 1 parent

- School Health Management Team: 1 volunteer parent
