Dear Parent,
The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our School Parent Association for the 2025–2026 academic year will be held in the meeting hall on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., according to the agenda items listed below.
It is required that 64 parents, which constitutes the quorum, attend the meeting. In the event that a quorum is not reached, the next meeting will be held 15 days later, on October 24, 2025, at the same place and time, with the same agenda and without requiring a quorum.
We kindly request the presence of all parents in the meeting hall at 1:00 p.m.

3. Formation of the Council,
4. Opening speech of the School Principal,
5. Reading and acquittal of the Board of Directors Activity Report,
6. Reading and acquittal of the Board of Auditors Activity Report,
7. Election of new Board of Directors principal and alternate members (5 principal, 5 alternate members),
8. Election of the Auditors Board principal and alternate members (1 principal, 1 alternate member),
9. Appointment of family association members to serve on the newly established boards and commissions:
a) 2 parents for the Social Activities Board
b) Family Association President for the School Student Award and Disciplinary Board
c) Family Association President for the Strategy Development Supreme Board
d) 2 parents for the Strategic Plan Team
e) 1 parent for the Library Resources Identification and Counting Committee
f) Family Association President for the Carrier Identification Committee
g) 1 parent for the Guidance Services Execution Committee
h) 1 parent for the canteen and cafeteria inspection committee
i) 1 volunteer parent for the School Health Management Team
