Thanks to the School Bus Tracking System of Bilfen, you can track our school buses through mobile applications and on the internet between the hours of 06.00-09.00 and 16.00-18.00 which cover the arrival and departure hours of our students. Additionally, you can monitor the speeds, routes, locations of stops and such other details about the school buses.

A Training Has Been Provided to the Drivers and Hostesses Who Transport Our Future 

At the beginning of the school year of 2019-2020, the required trainings have been provided to our drivers and hostesses who have responsibilities in mobile teaching.

Detailed information was provided to the drivers about traffic within the scope of the training and the required information about first aid and the actions to be taken in case of any accident was shared with them. 

 During the seminar, our purpose of ensuring a safe travel for our students between their homes and the school was explained to all our employees.

Bilfen Schools works with ETUR (Etur Servis İşletmeciliği ve Turizm Tic. Aş.) for student transportation. Etur provides service to Bilfen Schools with 650 school buses. A counsellor is available in all our school buses excluding the ones used for high school.

INFORMATION ON THE SCHOOL BUSES 

• Our school buses comply with the Highway Traffic Law and all school buses have a Certificate of Competency.
• The make of our school buses  is Volkswagen, Mercedes, Ford, Citroen, Renault and Fiat. All our school buses are equipped with an air-conditioner.

Each school bus contains the following:
• Electrical automatic door,
• Fixed glasses,
• A seat belt for each student, 
• First aid kit, fire extinguisher, earthquake emergency kit, safety chain, chemical ice, umbrella, cake and water.

INFORMATION ON THE DRIVERS

• All the drivers are required to present psychometric assessment reports in addition to going through other official procedures.
• It is compulsory for each driver to have a mobile phone

SCHOOL BUS HOSTESSES

• The hostesses are responsible for taking our students from their homes in the morning and taking them to their homes in the evening.

Note:
• No service fee is collected for the trips and projects organized in weekdays.
• An officer of Etur is available in each school both in the morning and in the evening.
• The school management holds a meeting with the hostesses and drivers on a monthly basis.
