CULTURE OF RELIGION AND KNOWLEDGE OF ETHICS
The objective of the Culture of Religion and Knowledge of Ethics course is to bring up individuals who have basic religious knowledge and life skills which are necessary for them in daily life, understand and interpret the religion correctly and know the beliefs, worships and moral values of the Islamic religion in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the Basic Law of National Education No. 1739.
Another objective of the course is to contribute to educating individuals who take the impact of the Islamic religion on culture, language, art, manners and customs and ethics into account, are tolerant of the members of other religions and know other religions, are knowledgeable about religious concepts so that they can dynamically comply with any changes, embrace national, moral, ethical, humanistic and cultural values, grow in a balanced and healthy manner in terms of body, mind, ethics, spirit and feeling, are productive and know their rights and responsibilities.
